Hawaii Efoil Experience LLC (“Hawaii Efoil Experience,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers eFoil and wing foil lessons, eFoil battery rentals, owner consultations, and gift cards on Oahu. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website, bookings, lessons, and the text messages, emails, and calls we send.

Information we collect

Contact details: your name, phone number, and email address when you book, contact us, chat with us on our website, or buy a gift card.

Booking details: the lesson or rental you choose, date and time, number of riders, experience level, and any notes you share with us.

Safety and lesson details: information you give us to keep you safe on the water, such as swimming ability, height and weight for equipment sizing, and an emergency contact.

Waivers: if you sign a liability waiver, we keep a copy with your name, signature, and date.

Rental delivery details: the hotel or rental address where we drop off and pick up battery rentals.

Photos and videos: we may take photos or GoPro video during your lesson to share with you.

Payment information: payments are processed by our booking and payment providers. We do not store your full card number.

Website data: your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies that help our website work and measure performance.

Messaging records: texts and calls between you and us, including your consent to receive messages and any opt-out requests.

We send two types of text messages:

Non-marketing texts: booking confirmations, lesson reminders, weather or schedule changes, and replies to your questions. These are part of booking with us or contacting us.

Marketing texts: special offers and promotions. We send these only if you opt in.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, STOPALL, or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time to stop receiving texts, or reply HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
